**Job Description**:
As a Bartender/Waitstaff at The Coppersmith Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for crafting drinks, serving food, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team, maintaining efficiency and professionalism while delivering a memorable service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to the highest standard.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their needs or special requests.
- Assist with food service, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining spaces, and workstations.
- Ensure stock is well-organized, monitored, and replenished as needed.
- Adhere to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

- Previous experience in bartending or waitstaff roles in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, with a passion for delivering quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- A professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
