We're inspired by the glamour era when great hotels were palaces for celebrity stays, secret rendezvous, gala events and indulgent escapes. Front Desk were tight-lipped and presidential suites were actually for Presidents.

Our historical building once housed Melbourne's original luxury automobile showroom. We're reviving this history of extravagance but without the stuffiness of yesteryear.

Our Venues the 'Showroom Bar' and 'The Conservatory' are reminisent of the understated elegance of London… think Mayfair and Chelsea.

We take pride in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Waitstaff / Barista / Bartender to join our team. If you share our commitment to excellence and want to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality brand, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a Waitstaff, Barista or Bartender or Runner in an a-la-carte restaurant
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Passion for food and beverage
  • Outstanding time management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Professional presentation and strong communication
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
  • Victorian RSA Certificate
