With years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on offering expert advice, quality products, and friendly service to caravanners, campers, and travellers across the country.

**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated **Sales Assistant** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail background and a genuine interest in caravanning and RVs. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in-store and over the phone, assisting with product advice, sales, and general enquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product advice and recommendations
- Process sales through our POS system accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone and online enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customers receive outstanding service
- Support online orders and customer pickups when required

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous retail or customer service experience essential
- Experience or knowledge of caravans, RVs, or camping equipment **highly regarded**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle manual lifting and stock movement
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
