**WHY YOU WANT THIS ROLE**

Our client is seeking an organised, proactive and detail orientated Office Coordinator and Administrator to join a laid back group of high achieving professionals. You will be a key member of our team, coordinating various projects and events.

You will be reporting to the Director who is across the day-to-day stuff and you’ll have a solid manual to get you started. Plus, everyone and anyone is only a tap on the shoulder away if you have a question. They are a very supportive team and once you settle in, you can expect some good office banter and in office comradery, they understand that there is time for work and also, time for a laugh.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

In a nutshell, your role is to look after all things ‘not tech’ so the rest of the guys can do their thing. There is no PA work or diary management but there are hundreds of little tasks that need to be done, so you can get onto the next thing and continue helping the team. Your day will look a little something like this:

- Answering the phone (with the most pleasant phone manner of course
- Making sure the office is stocked with milk, stationery and whatever else is needed.
- Control the incoming stock, record serial numbers, track things down, stocktaking, follow ups.
- Responding to accounts queries, some bank reconciling but no invoicing (yew)
- There is an element of customer service that comes into all the above

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

There are no real pre-requisites for this role other than being a good human and a fast learner who can change lanes quickly. If you’ve been waiting in the wings for the right admin role, this is it. That said, there’s a few other things that will excite us:

- You’re independent and capable, as in you’ll be able to handle most things that come across your desk, even if there’s mínimal detail/direction given
- A phone manner that gets you a 5-star Google review
- You’re the face/voice of the company so a nice nature and friendly vibe is a must
- You understand the concept, can grasp the “why” of things AND retain it
- Solid admin and customer service skills
- Initiative with a capital “I”
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Insanely organised
- The ability to be a step ahead at all times
