**About Us**:
Operating for over 80 years, Gowrie Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation that provides long day care and kindergarten at six sites across Melbourne. We also have a growing consulting function and an RTO specialising in early learning qualifications.
Our Docklands services have a strong connection with families who live and/or work in Docklands with the precinct offering many opportunities to engage with the community.
**About the Role**:
Are you a customer focused administrator who enjoys engaging with the community? Are you interested in working for a values-based not-for-profit that positively impacts the education of children? If this sounds like you, then our Enrolments Officer could be just what you’ve been looking for.
The role is 32 hours per week, working 8 hours per day. We’re flexible on the working days.
**About You**:
You’ll be a ‘people person’ who is comfortable interacting with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. You’ll no doubt have strong administration skills and be committed to providing high-level customer service whilst adopting a continuous improvement approach to your work. Your background may within the education sector but could also be from other industries as well.
We’re also looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adopt a respectful and inclusive communication style
- Ability to navigate and understand the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law and National Regulations and our compliance obligations
- Knowledge and experience across the MS Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team (immediate team and with others across the organisation) and is a role model for engaging and collaborating with families and colleagues
