- An opportunity exists to take on a key leadership role within the Division of Support Services at Western Health. You will become a key part of the divisions senior leadership team and have responsibility for the delivery of critical clerical support services to Wards and Emergency Departments across Western Health
- Have experience leading teams in a multi site environment
- The ability to communicate and effectively influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Able to create a strong team environment focussed on delivering exceptional service within the Western Health Best Care Framework
- An ability to gather and analyse data in a meaningful way that identifies opportunities for improvement
- An ability to work in close cooperation with the People & Culture business partners to provide compliance with relevant Policies and Procedures in a way that is empathetic, equitable and sustainable.
