**About the role**
The Asset Officer, Asset and Facility Services reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for a range of administrative functions and activities within the agency that contribute to meeting departmental policies and goal to support South Australian state schools’ sites and their facilities. The Asset officer contributes to meeting the ongoing continuous improvement/directorate objectives through supporting the implementation of asset management initiatives, policy and procedures, and providing accurate advice/information to the Minister for Education, senior executives, manager and appropriate personnel on asset services project issues.

***Special conditions**
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**
ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
