We're seeking 2 x Paid Media Managers (Paid Social) to join our dynamic social team and make a significant impact. With a track record of success in Paid Social, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and driven team, shaping strategies, executing campaigns, and delivering outstanding results for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**: - Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of social campaigns, from campaign setup to execution. - Collaborate closely with the team to ensure service excellence and exceptional results. - Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and integrate services across search and display teams. - Devise and implement account strategies, driving growth and client satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date with the latest DSP, ad-serving technology, and industry trends. - Plan and develop integrated search and display approaches. **Key Competencies and Work Ethic**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism at all times. - Demonstrated expertise in a specialized field, constantly updating knowledge to deliver excellence. - Dependability, keeping promises, and finding solutions when challenges arise. - Honesty, integrity, and accountability in actions and decisions. - High emotional intelligence, considering others' emotions and needs. - Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with clients and colleagues. - Commitment to high standards of delivery and productivity. - Proactive, self-reliant, and eager to learn. - Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills. **Desired Skills and Attributes**: - 2+ years of experience in Paid Social Trading or performance campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc. - Proven success in managing performance Paid Social campaigns, optimizing for results. - Strong grasp of the display landscape, including reservation buys, RTB, and performance campaigns. - Proficiency in working with data to uncover insights and make informed recommendations. - Exceptional team and client management skills, with a customer-centric approach. - Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. - Previous Retail experience is a plus. - Experience with programmatic campaigns is advantageous. **Why Join Us**: Our team thrives on innovation, dedication, and hard work.
