We're seeking a **well-rounded Digital Marketing Manager** who has **Paid media expertise** & specialises in both** SEM and Social Media**. This role will be a key member of a high performing & innovative Digital Marketing team that operates across Paid Media, SEO, Content and Web, across 100+ international markets. Working on all facets of Paid Media (inhouse team), this role will work in close collaboration with both SMB & Account Segment Marketing teams to manage a critical pillar of our digital media strategy.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop, own & execute paid media campaigns (SEM, social, display) to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to mobile, paid social, SEM, & display media roadmaps.
- Responsible for SEM & paid social - strategy development, execution, management & reporting to drive business outcomes in collaboration with online acquisition marketing managers.
- Manage social media & mobile marketing agency content creation & amplification.
- Optimize mobile app store listings to drive app downloads.
- Maintain & grow paid media reporting infrastructure.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Execute on brand & go-to-market strategies with end-to-end thinking.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Exhibit a passion for innovation & tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer experience.

**Skills you'll bring to the role**:

- **Solid Paid Media experience** (Paid, Social, SEM, Display. mobile)
- Strong understanding of Online acquisition tactics & best practices, including leveraging customer insights to drive web/mobile sales channel growth
- Proficiency in the following: SA360, DV360 and/or Adobe Analytics + major social media platforms.
- Good understanding of all media channels
- Has some understanding of attribution modeling across paid & organic media channels.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and an effective influencer across cross-functional teams
- Enthusiasm for small business finance, Fintech, and SaaS.
