Charlestown, Australia Allpride Signs Full time

Available for immediate start, we are looking for a professionally driven, responsible and reliable person who works well within a team environment to take care of our very busy office front duties.

The successful applicant will be required work Monday - Friday, 7:30am until 4pm and complete the following tasks and also assist our Director, team of Graphic Designers and other staff with ad-hoc administration tasks.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- General sales & quoting
- Creating & Completing SWMS, Site Inductions & paperwork relating to onsite installations
- Arranging freight & ensuring smooth delivery
- Being a point of contact with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries
- Ordering & managing stock on hand
- Maintain accurate and detailed purchasing records and files
- To provide a service to clients and maintain a good customer relationship as a priority

**About You**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven Experience in a similar role or industry
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
