You will be supported by the board to thrive and directly influence the success of this company. They have aggressive growth plans here in Australia over the next decade and require an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to help drive growth in the Australian market.

**Role**
You will sit on the senior management team here in Australia and will be given full autonomy in your role. You will need to be self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and driven to succeed.

No two days will be the same and you will be implementing marketing strategies to ensure our clients brand is a success in the Australian market. You will be responsible for launching new products into the Australian market. You will be given all the guidance, support, and tools to ensure you succeed in this role.

You will focus heavily on driving the growth of an existing Over the Counter (OTC) brands as well as launching a new innovative brand to market with a strong focus on traditional channels.

You will lead and coordinate the expansion into grocery distribution and grow a digital presence.

The position is hybrid, including marketing and managing key relationships and accounts.

Majority of marketing activities are outsourced, but it’s your responsibility to oversea all external agencies and the overall marketing of the business.

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful for this opportunity you must have the following:

- Previous experience with tracking sales revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
- Strategic mindset and previous experience launching products in the Australian market.
- Strong Brand & Digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Acrobat, video editing software, and content management systems.
- Previous experience developing marketing plans, strategies, promotional programs.
- Strong experience within marketing campaigns, new product releases, creation of label. artwork, print materials, web, and presentations.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a previous leading marketing & sales position.
- Seeking a longer-term career move

**We would love for you to have the following**:

- Previous experience launching OTC products within pharmacy chains.
- Develop and manage digital marketing across various platforms (Web & social media).
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of product portfolio.
- Good understanding of the Australian healthcare system and Regulations.
