**About the Opportunity**

Our client is seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join their head office team in Loxton, South Australia. Ideally looking for someone in the Riverland or willing to relocate.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will be responsible for a variety of reception and administrative tasks, delivering outstanding service to customers, and support to team members. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Your tasks will include:

- Assisting with the creation and administration of contract documentation
- Assisting with monthly customer invoicing ensuring charges are in line with contracts
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Supporting finance processes
- Assisting customers, suppliers and other stakeholders with their enquiries
- Maintaining office stationery supplies, kitchen consumables and general housekeeping of the office areas
- Producing documentation, proof reading and data entry tasks
- Processing customer receipts on a daily basis
- Assisting with weekly packaging

- A proactive approach and the ability to work unsupervised
- Current and valid driver's license
- Previous Payroll/MYOB experience desirable (not essential)

Biological Services have offices in Loxton SA and Muchea WA. They are the first commercial insectary established in Australia - servicing growers nationwide. Through a combination of experience, passion, innovation and ongoing research and development, Biological Services has developed rearing techniques for a range of biological control agents which target many of the key pests in horticulture today.

Biological Services provides viable alternatives to regular broad spectrum insecticide programs in a range of horticultural crops.
