**About the role**

This role will work within the RES Australia Development team, with responsibility for the development of multiple wind, solar and battery storage projects. Day to day activities will include project design, environmental assessments, stakeholder management, through to permitting and project commercialisation support to financial close.

**Duties**
- Manage wind, solar and battery energy storage projects through all development phases to financial close.
- Planning and coordinating internal resources and external consultancy to deliver renewable energy projects through the development process to achieve Development Consent and beyond to support the financial close or sale process.
- Managing external stakeholders, relationships and communications through the design and implementation of effective and innovative community engagement strategies.
- Collaborative working across small project teams including development, engineering, technical, grid, legal and financial functions within the company to achieve project success.
- Project budget, resource, program management.

**Experience & Skills**
- Experience in the development or construction of renewable or large infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of development process of wind, solar and storage projects, including planning and environmental impact assessments advantageous
- Managing successful relationships, including with complex and challenging stakeholders
- Resource management, organisational skills and follow through on delivery
- Creation and management of programmes and budgets
- Current Driving licence
- Ability to travel as required throughout Australia
