Centrally located just 300 metres from Hobart’s historic waterfront prescient, 800 metres from the famous Salamanca Markets and one block from Hobart’s CBD. **Mantra Collins** attracts a mix of business travellers, leisure guests and long stay visitors. The hotel offers contemporary hotel rooms along with One and Two bedroom serviced apartments. Collins Cafe serves a la carte breakfast 7 days a week from 6:30 to 11am, plus serving great coffee to the local passing trade.

We are a seeking a passionate and dedicated
**Breakfast Barista/F&B Attendant **who has very strong Barista skills.

**As part of our team you will**:

- Work closely with the Cafe Manager, Chef and team members to provide high quality coffee and a la carte breakfast for our guests.
- Maintain the effective operation of FOH
- Be involved in delivering high quality coffee and guest services.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety requirements

**What we are looking for**:

- A person with a strong passion for coffee and food
- A thorough understanding of dietary and religious food requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure especially when delivering a great coffee
- An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to share your energy
- Someone with the ability to start early
