Saigon Express Vietnamese Street Food is bringing the bold, fresh flavours of Vietnam's bustling street food. We're a fast-paced, authentic eatery, and we're hunting for energetic, food-loving legends to join our launch crew

THE ROLE: Food & Beverage Attendant (Casual / Part-Time)

  • Location: North Hobart, Sorell
  • Shifts: Mon–Sun (lunch + dinner rushes), perfect for uni students, hospo pros, or weekend warriors
  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Pay: restaurant industry award minimum level 2 + tips + staff meals

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve up phở, banh mi, rice paper rolls & fresh spring rolls with a smile
  • Run the floor like a pro – take orders, deliver dishes, keep tables turning
  • Prep simple ingredients (roll, wrap, garnish) – no chef experience needed
  • Keep the vibe fun, fast & friendly – chat with locals & tourists alike
  • Maintain spotless standards (we're all about that fresh street-food energy)

WE WANT YOU IF…

  • You've got 6+ months hospo experience (cafe, takeaway, or restaurant)
  • You're a weekend warrior
  • You love Vietnamese food (or just love feeding happy people)
  • You've got a current RSA (or willing to get one – we'll help)
  • You're reliable, quick on your feet & a team player
  • Bonus: Speak some Vietnamese? You'll be a superstar
