**Responsibilities for the role**:

- Deliver minor works, initiatives and enhancements
- Be responsible for an advanced level of support and problem resolution
- Develop solutions and create knowledge base articles
- Manage incidents to resolution, including proactively partnering with vendors to identify solutions to incidents
- Communicate the progress of outstanding incidents to stakeholders
- Assist with business analysis and scoping

**Essential Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable
- Well-developed skills in mentoring and training team members on use of systems, processes, and methodology
- Basic skills in business analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in management of incidents and service requests
