**What we are looking for?**

An efficient & proactive Payroll Administrator who is confident in end to end payroll processing.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering an accurate weekly payroll for the Retail Stores (350-400 people)
- Providing efficient administrative and payroll support to the Retail Stores
- Working with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Being the key contact for all payroll related queries
- Managing on boarding administration to meet statutory compliance obligations
- Providing support & assistance to the Human Resources Manager and Retail Team as required
- Communicating accrual and liability data through regular reporting
- Work with the Human Resources Manager in the development and implementation of Policies and Procedures to drive the Human Resources strategy
- General administration of the Retail Business

**Ideal applicants will have**:

- Demonstrated experience providing payroll and administrative support
- Previous experience using Attache & AP21
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to plan, self-manage and prioritise workload
- Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of urgency and high personal standards of work
- Retail background and knowledge of Industry Awards
