Your primary responsibility will be to lead the pursuit and delivery of key opportunities within water management domain, supporting studies and downstream delivery phases for our resources clients. By leveraging our existing multi-disciplinary capability, you will develop a unique value proposition for our clients. - Collaborate with sales and growth teams, commercial, project management, and technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs in planning, developing, delivering, and operating a range of water management projects in the resources market. - Support cross-functional teams in team development, technical capability building, and growth, specifically focusing on the water management. - Lead the delivery of piping, pumps, and water management engineering elements in study and delivery phases of projects. Interface with local, regional, as well as global delivery centres to enhance project delivery. - Prepare and submit bids as required, supporting section leaders and project managers in delivering financially successful projects while ensuring excellent client satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients across the sector. - Stay updated on new methods and developments in the field, recommending changes and ensuring Jacobs applies the latest technical advancements. - Represent Jacobs at key thought leadership events to enhance our capabilities and reputation in water management within the APAC region. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - 15 years of professional experience in the water systems industry with focus on design and consulting. - Current knowledge of international and local engineering methods, applicable codes, and specifications associated with new energy and resources projects. - Experience with various aspects of planning, design, and commissioning processes, construction methods, and interface requirements of multi-disciplinary projects.
