Position : Casual - weekday and weekend hours ( Saturdays are essential)

About Us - Jenny & Gerry's Bridal Centre is Adelaide's leading destination for weddings and formalwear, offering an all-in-one experience for brides, grooms, and their families. Our Menswear department provides premium hire and sales options for grooms, groomsmen, and special events , with a focus on exceptional service, expert styling, and attention to detail.

About the Role - We are seeking a confident, customer-focused team member to join our Menswear Department in a casual position. You'll assist clients with suit fittings , hire coordination, and sales , ensuring each customer enjoys a professional and stress-free experience.

You'll work closely with our senior staff and alteration departments to maintain presentation , correct measurements , manage hire orders , and help grooms look and feel their best on their wedding day . Our peak busy days such as most Thursday evening and Saturdays requires you to work at an efficent pace .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised styling advice for suits , shirts, ties , shoes and accessories
  • Assist customers with fittings , measurements, and alteration coordination
  • Manage hire and sales bookings accurately and efficently
  • Prepare, check and return hire garments to ensure quality and rediness
  • Maintain showroom presentation and stock organisation
  • Support other team members in delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Convert customers into sales

About You

  • Friendly , professional, and well-presented with a strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work every Saturday
  • Previous experience in retail , menswear or customer service is highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a teamand thrive in a fast-paced environment.
