We are is search for a Release Lead, who will be apart of Enterprise Analytics & Applied AI (EAI) Tribe within the Enterprise Data & Intelligent Automation (EDIA) Domain, Who will be responsible for driving business outcomes and coordinating across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams to deliver data requirements for the business. You will need recent hands on knowledge and be very comfortable with leading, planning, and executing complex in-squad and cross-tribe initiatives in an agile environment. You need to be people focused and build and maintain relationships, deal with pressure and negotiate with ease with business stakeholders.

What will your day look like

The primary focus of the Enterprise Analytics & Applied AI Tech Area is to create a system of people, process and technology (on premise and cloud), built for agility, to provide the data and capabilities for our customer facing business areas (including Australia and Institutional divisions) to create business and customer value by being in the moment with our customers.
- Building the ANZ Data grid and solutions including sourcing, integration, processing and making data available for use, on premise & on-cloud.
- Deliver innovative data solutions and insights in partnership with the business, tooling and advanced data science techniques (machine learning, deep learning) to create business value
- Build and maintain the frameworks (real-time and batch) to populate and keep current a Big Data Lake - as the one-stop place for ANZ’s data needs
- Accelerate data driven customer solutions.

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

- Leverage business acumen and technical knowledge to influence outcomes and deliver value for a release
- Experience driving release planning and implementation whilst establishing, and communicating, the release plan to stakeholders
- Assist business with complex risk profiling - identify and assess risks and controls
- Ensure Technology Areas have the right tooling and schedule release model in place to ensure outcomes are delivered on time
- Able to introduce and efficiently use tools to manage and monitor project spend against budgets and other framework delivery tools
- Successfully plan and managed work through a delivery lifecycle to realise strategic objectives and customer outcomes
- Successfully coordinate and / or execute technical deployment activities to deliver customer outcomes
- Experience working with Agile delivery at appropriate scale
- Experience on continuous improvement in the change delivery cycle
- Manage interdependencies across multiple streams of work
- Manage and mitigate delivery risk
- Successfully build a network of strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Experience / Certification in PM frameworks
- Experience / Certification with Agile and sound knowledge of Scrum and iterative release delivery
