We are seeking a **Human Resources Business Partner** to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role will partner closely with Support Office teams on a wide range of HR generalist activity including, reporting and analytics, employee relations, organisational design, recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety.

**THE ROLE**:
- Working alongside the broader HR Team to deliver our HR Strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HR
- Support with the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement)
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policies
- Manage employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements
- Support with the execution of organisational design
- Drive completion of compliance training and support career and succession planning
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment process
- Partner with WHS Manager to oversee WHS matters within the designated portfolio
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation and industry updates
- Ensure performance and development plans and processes are embedded and completed
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a customer service focused fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and Agreements
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience in using data to drive HR strategies
- Highly organised with strong planning and organisational skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirable
