**Job Opportunity: Shutdown Maintenance Planner**

**Location**: Osborne Park, WA (Monday to Friday)
**Reports to**: Regional Hub Lead

Are you a proactive shutdown maintenance planner with a passion for maximizing fleet availability? Emeco is seeking someone to lead maintenance scheduling and support equipment reliability across multiple mining sites. **Key Responsibilities**
- Shutdown Maintenance - Preparation presentation and implementation
- Align planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability.
- Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimize downtime.
- Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders.
- Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports.
- Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work.
- Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment.
- Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of mining operations and equipment reliability drivers.
