**The Role**

**Ventia** are offering an excellent salary for an experienced **Shutdown Planner** to work Monday to Friday in Perth with occasional visits to site.

The primary focus for this position is to deliver a strong Shutdown Event Schedule for use in the Planning and Execution Phases of the Shutdown Event.

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Report weekly progress of Scheduling Deliverables to the Turnaround Manager
- Work closely with Project Controls SME and adhere to Scheduling Premises
- Assist in and develop planning milestones for Turnaround and Capital projects
- Lead Schedule Reviews with Turnaround Team
- Determine and Report Critical Path
- Levels Schedule using priority leveling to obtain an optimised work schedule
- Import full detailed Job Plans with required activity codes using Excel, Database or SAP
- Determine activity relationships and create logical ties according to planning premises
- Develop critical path and analyse
- Produce daily reporting during Execution (3 Day Look Ahead, Milestone Summaries)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 Years Scheduling Turnarounds utilising Primavera P6
- Able to integrate Turnaround Schedule with Capital Projects
- Must have thorough understanding of Priority Leveling Resource practices.
- Experience Exporting/Importing from Excel and SAP in and out of Primavera.
- Experienced with Reporting from Excel (Three-part S-Curves, histograms)
- Must understand databases and plans from planners and Excel to enter in P6
- Extensive understanding planning, scheduling, and the execution of turnarounds with Capital Project Integration
- Project Completions system experience is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with key stakeholders.
