Residential Full Time Position

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around

our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Planner, this is a permanent full-time residential position. The successful applicant will

champion sustained safety improvement within multiple crushing and processing plants, demonstrating an ability to

manage multiple work areas, develop budgets and contribute to meeting production targets.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responsibility for the identification, scoping & planning of all offline maintenance activities
- Creation of Gantt charts for shutdowns
- Forecasting of major shut works and maintaining the preventative maintenance schedules
- Defining shut labour requirements and sourcing specialist contractor labour
- Creation of work packs, clean out plans and permitting requirements
- Owner of the shut readiness process to ensure the planning function has been completed to a high standard

prior to enable smooth execution of the maintenance activities
- Facilitating pre and post shut meetings to communicate with all required stakeholders and contractors

around shut scope, shut KPI’s and requirements from all work groups
- Some prior experience working within a maintenance planning function;
- Knowledge of maintenance planning principles and procedures and computerised maintenance planning

systems;
- Computer literate with knowledge of spreadsheets, database, scheduling (MS Project) and word processing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation; and
- Ability to work in and develop a team environment.
