**About The Role**:
Reporting to BKI's Registrar, the Transition Lead plays will play a pivotal leadership role in facilitating the smooth transition of the Education Operations Delivery teams and functions to BKI's three new operational hubs: Enquiries & Admissions, Apprentice & Trainees and Teaching Operations.

In this role you will ensure the smooth implementation and transition to BKI's new service delivery model by building relationships between each of the hubs, hubs and teaching centres, and other support unit teams as appropriate. You will support the leadership team and team members resolve operational issues and clarify and manage risk by anticipating issues. You will ensure new processes are implemented and refined to support service delivery.

Leading a small team, you will work with staff across all levels of the organisation to ensure the successful transition to BKI's new hub structure. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the transition is efficient, minimises disruption to students and maximises the successful adoption of the changes. You will bring a highly developed transformational change adaption and continuous improvement focus to this critical implementation.

While the role reports directly to the Registrar on a day-to-day basis it will have a matrix reporting arrangement in place to support the work across Operations and Educational Delivery BKI portfolios.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders and technical and professional staff.
- Ability to develop creative and visual change, learning, and communication collateral.
- Ability to drive, track and report on implementation KPIs.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, organisational development, or a related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience (desirable)
