About the Role (your why)
What you’ll do
At the moment, as Business Development Executive, you will be focused on leveraging your strong knowledge of the Adelaide market and experience selling complex enterprise solutions to our customers. Your success will also be ensured by your proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 10+ years’ sales experience, ideally with recent experience working in the Adelaide/ SA market. You will be a self-motivated, driven, and a results orientated team player with a successful track record in sales.
- Solid understanding of the SA market
- Understanding of a broad range of IT services with the technical nous to pick up new offerings
- Experience across software engineering, in particular the Microsoft Suite of products, along with resource augmentation, would be hugely beneficial
- Experience selling complex enterprise solutions to clients in a variety of sectors
- Excellent customer and vendor relationship building and management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Experience in using Salesforce as the sales CRM for tracking opportunity progression through the sales cycle
- Experience with/ good understanding of cloud-based services/solutions would be highly desirable.
