As a full-time permanent employee, you'll enjoy the stability of a 38-hour workweek, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm. Each shift is 7.6 hours, and we provide your roster four weeks in advance, ensuring optimal work-life balance and peace of mind.
The clinics are located in Albany Creek, Ascot, Chermside, Wavell Heights, Fortitude Valley and Strathpine - you will be required to work in all clinics but only 1 per day, unless stated otherwise.
Reporting to our supportive Area Office Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-level reception duties and administrative services. Your commitment to delivering professional, caring, and friendly services to our patients, referrers, and customers will be greatly appreciated.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive high-quality reception and contact center services.
- Efficiently manage appointments for excellent customer service and clinic efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.

**Key qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist and call centre professional (essential).
- Ability to handle high call volumes with ease.
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and ability to thrive in a team environment.
