You will be responsible for the settlements of commercial contracts as well as other administrative duties.

**The day to day responsibilities of the role include**:

- Ensuring loan transactions are settled within agreed timeframes
- Actioning issues preventing loan settlement
- Verification of documents including AML/KYC
- Ensuring all required information has been received from the client
- Delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Driving forward continuous improvement activities

**To be considered for this position you will**:

- Minimum 2 years+ experience within a settlements role
- Tertiary qualification in banking, finance or related field advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written skills with high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with proven negotiation skills
- Understanding of current legislative requirements, Corporations Act, PPSA, AML & CTF and Privacy Act
