**About the Role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Client Services Coordinator will work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders and will be able also to work in a fast-paced environment and handle the daily pressures of the role while also delivering a high-quality service to our clients and direct care team members who support our clients.
**About You**
**What will you do day to day?**
- Managing workforce issues including supervision, performance management, performance improvement plans, coaching and mentoring.
- Managing multiple work sites and teams, including facilitating team processes such as team meetings, training calendars and communicating with large work groups.
- Striving to deliver the highest level of service even during challenges times.
- Develop team KPI’s, analyse outcomes and provide regular reporting.
- Develop and adhere to appropriate Work Health and Safety practices.
- Undertaking other duties as required.
- Complete documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct workplace assessments in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health guidelines.
- Provide leadership and support to direct care employees to promote ongoing development.
- Liaise with General Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, community organisations and internal clinical care providers to ensure client needs are met and well-coordinated.
**Your skills and experience will include**:
- Experience and understanding of the requirements of a leading community and residential disability service.
- Substantial working knowledge of roster development and implementation within a community setting.
- Leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse team.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of the Disability Sector and the philosophy of person-centred approaches.
- Experience in a similar role in a community services organisation.
- Experience in coordination of teams.
- Ensuring that the organisation's customer service expectations are exceeded in the administration.
- Focusing on a continuous improvement model of working and always reviewing processes and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
**You will have**
- Diploma or Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Social work, Social science or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Relevant experience in a social service environment
- Willingness to undergo a criminal history check
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
- Australian work rights
- Current working with children check
- Current Western Australian drivers licence
