Fleet Coordinator

Total Nissan are looking for a professional and outgoing person, who understands the importance of customer service, attention to detail and teamwork to join our Fleet department as a Fleet Coordinator in Cannington.

This role will be required to provide ongoing support to the Fleet sales and operations team full time.

**This includes**:

- Admin support for the team
- Preparing paperwork for vehicle registration
- Assisting with vehicles deliveries when required
- Finalising deal packs after delivery
- Creating vehicle quotes when required in busy periods
- Creating and distributing daily delivery lists
- Sending tax invoices to customers and following up payments
- Updating systems with accurate data regarding all vehicles on order
- Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding vehicle fitouts, transport and deliveries.

**About you**:
If you are someone with, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Hold a current WA Driver’s licence
- Have dealership experience (desirable - but we’re happy to train the right person)
- Must be highly computer literate
- Able to maintain cool under pressure & prioritise effectively
