**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to work within our Enterprise Project Management team (ePMO).

This role will be the change management lead on our One Team program of work, to implement our new Operating Model and associated Organisational Design.

This role will be an integral part of our OneTeam project team and work closely with business stakeholders to define, plan, oversee and execute the change.

They will also play a key intersectional role between delivery of the new structure with new ways of working delivered by the OneScope Program, working hand in glove with the OneScope change and project teams and may also be involved in delivering change for other programs of work as required.

They will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging these to understand and influence change readiness and resistance mitigation. A key part of this role will be working with and supporting leaders, especially senior leaders to effectively lead the change for their teams.

They will also contribute to building change capability across the organisation to uplift change management standards, tools, and templates.

**About You**

The skills and experience required for this role include:

- Sound experience managing change (5 years +), especially operating model and organisational structural change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including to C suite.
- The ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a respectful and engaging way.
- Supportive of leaders to effectively discharge their change roles.
- Track record of effectively managing internal strategic communication and engagement programs in consultation with communications teams.
- Proven ability to drive fast adoption and increase benefits realisation, ROI and achieve outcomes.
- A background in HR or extensive experience working as the change lead on HR related projects.
- Project Management skills would also be highly sought after.
- PROSCI accreditation or similar change management certification.
