**Warranty & Maintenance Supervisor / Manager | Western Suburbs**
Our client are one of Australia’s largest and most established home builders

They are very multifaceted and operate across the Volume, Medium density and building services industries.

They are renowned for having fantastic internal training and development programs for those individuals looking to progress into a more senior position down the track.

**The Role**
- Completing the 90 Day maintenance lists
- Issuing work requests and instructions for other trades relating to any warranty/maintenance issues
- Participating in a weekly office day to catch up with management team
- Oversee administration documentation relating to invoices for trades, following up on outstanding tasks
- Manage customer queries, complaints and requests
- Coordinate third party builders and service contractors
- Prepare written communications for customers
- Ensure database information is up to date and accurate
- Prepare regular reports on progress, cost and budget

**What you'll need to succeed**
- An appropriate trade qualification or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in a residential focused Warranty & Maintenance role
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
- Excellent customer service focus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Issuing work requests and instructions for other trades relating to any warranty/maintenance issues
- A willingness to participate and work cohesively in weekly construction meetings to update and work closely with the projects teams.
