The company is establishing new hospitality businesses, including hotels and service operations. - Hotel general manager of multiple properties
- _**Project management, including due diligence and feasibility studies**_
- Renovation, design, opening experiences
- Strong negotiating skills
- Design, procurement, hiring experiences
- F&B, rooms division and S&M understanding
- Boardroom presentations
- Coordination with building companies, designers, branding and marketing
- Owners representations
- Greenfield experiences

**Salary**: From $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
