The key responsibilities for the role (but not limited to) are:

- Strong focus on MICE and Residential Events.
- Increase business from existing channels while creating new business development opportunities.
- Aid in the preparation of proposals and tenders to support the needs of the business.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to nurture existing relationships and attain new ones.
- Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
