**We will count on you to**:
The day to day activities for the role will be broad ranging and dependent on the priorities of the team at any given point in time. In this role, you will ultimately contribute to the implementation of a best-in-class Investment data management capability.

This role will report to Data Practice Leader and work closely with the Investment Data management project team, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio management teams and the Investment Operations team

The main responsibilities will include
- Investment data analysis, implementation and support for the Mercer Pacific data management capability
- Contributing to project team goals and activities
- Contributing to ongoing data management capabilities

**What you need to have**:

- Qualifications at a Degree level in an appropriate analytical discipline such as finance, economics or mathematics.
- Experience of conducting Investment data analysis and related activities at a Multi Asset Class Investment Manager or Superannuation Fund
- Solid understanding of Investment, Custody and Financial Market Data, Instruments and Data Feeds
- A sound knowledge of investment markets, asset classes and instrument types.
- Analysis and modelling of Investment Data and knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, relational databases and analytical/reporting systems
- Experience in system implementation and testing activities.
