**Role overview**:
As an inhouse Technology Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to **research, explore and implement new and emerging AI related solutions**. You will play a crucial role in identifying innovative tools and emerging AI that can enhance various aspects of business operations for us and our diverse range of clients. Your expertise and recommendations will be instrumental in **watts**next providing HR for the modern world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive research to identify the latest technology trends and breakthroughs.
- Help us leverage our current IP and consulting solutions through the use of LLM’s and related plugins.
- Evaluate and analyse emerging tech solutions that align with ours and our clients’ specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with our team to assess the feasibility and potential impact of integrating new technologies into our business and services.
- Design and conduct pilot projects to test the effectiveness and suitability of selected tech solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and training to our team and clients on the implementation and use of effective new tech tools.

**Requirements**:

- A natural interest in technology research, evaluation, and implementation.
- A curiosity about small to medium business and the potential emerging LLM’s (ChatGPT, Bard, etc) and accessible AI plugins.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and embrace innovation.
- Curiosity and excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Project management experience is a plus.
