Digital Campaign Analyst

Medium Rare, Australia’s leading content marketing agency, is looking for an enthusiastic **Digital Campaign Analyst** to work on audience and campaign insights for high-quality content campaigns, MRCA partners and high-value advertisers. This exciting new role will offer an opportunity to work closely with the Rare Creative senior management team to combine rigorous data-led campaign insights with strategic advice for new and ongoing client projects.
Working within Rare Creative, the agency’s energetic and fast-growing branded content studio, you will work closely with our Head of Rare Creative, Research and Insights Manager as well as our Digital Analytics team to champion our audience understanding across digital publishing platforms, social media and print channels. Integral to this will be working closely with our partners at Red Planet our data offering. You need to be excited by the opportunity to work across client campaigns (including major Australian household names such as Qantas, David Jones, Coles and Bunnings) from insight creation through to campaign performance reporting.

**What’s the role?**
- Ability to extract insights from various data sets.
- Delivery of post-campaign reporting and analysis of high-value travel and Qantas Loyalty client campaigns in collaboration with internal Rare Creative teams.
- Strengthening campaign planning and lifecycle development via a data-driven approach.
- Support on annual brand Reader Surveys.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly readership data updates and Red Planet data insights.
- Utilising Search/SEO and website insights to inform commercial content ideas.
**Who you are**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in marketing, data, research or analytics role.
- Experience working with large data sets to extract meaningful insights.
- Experience in using digital campaign monitoring tools including dashboards.
- An audience first mindset to ensure all campaigns and content meet specific audience needs.
- An understanding of brand and communications strategy and client needs.
- A sense of curiosity, love of learning through campaign performance insights and willingness to grow your expertise across various industries and client work.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of campaign management tools such as Adobe Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager is desirable.
