**Digital Marketing Executive - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Acquisition Executive to join Domain’s Sydney team. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of Domain’s paid digital acquisition strategy including campaign implementation, optimisation, analysis and reporting for Domain Home Loans. You’ll be passionate about getting the best out of performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and onsite integrations. You’ll love data and getting into the detail, this is a hands-on role working with an entirely in-house digital team.

**Who are you?**
- Support the digital acquisition manager with campaign implementation, reporting, optimisation and testing
- Manage day-to-day budget pacing, performance and results against business goals and KPIs
- Assist in defining goals and targets for campaign activity
- Manage stakeholder relationships with the marketing team, external stakeholders, product, tech and data to ensure ongoing alignment to business priorities
- Leverage analytics and business data to understand the impact of campaign performance and acquire quality audiences.
- Work with the broader acquisition marketing team to align on best practice keyword, bid and creative strategies
- Perform ongoing testing and refinement of audience strategy
- Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to report on campaign performance
- Monitor industry and market trends across digital channels
