- Enjoy a rewarding career move with opportunities for development
- Make a difference with a fund that puts members first

**About us**
When you work for Australian Retirement Trust, every day is an opportunity to be a force for good in the lives of more than 2 million members.

Australian Retirement Trust is the super fund formed through the merger of Sunsuper and QSuper. As one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, we proudly take care of over $200 billion in retirement savings.

Our teams are as diverse and unique as the members we strive to inspire and empower. Our inclusive culture means you will be valued and heard in a respectful workplace, where you can be your authentic self every day.

**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. To do this, we need to attract and recruit the right people to deliver for our organisation, which is where you come in

We have an ambitious change portfolio ahead, and we’re seeking a passionate recruitment professional to help us achieve our goals. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, reporting to the Manager, Talent Sourcing, you will partner with hiring leaders across the business to attract, source, select and onboard internal and external talent. We have a strong Cx focus and we enjoy genuinely partnering with hiring leaders to find talent through innovative means and channels, whilst providing an intuitive, simple and inclusive experience at all touchpoints.

We fill 50% of our vacancies internally, so you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in career coaching and will enable our employees to grow capability and transition to new roles within Australian Retirement Trust. Career mobility is high on our agenda and your experience delivering practical and supportive advice to internal talent will be highly regarded.

We are passionate about what we do, and you will have the autonomy to thrive in a supportive framework. If you’re proactive and adaptable, and looking for a diverse role where you’ll contribute to projects and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you

This role is available as a 12 month maximum term contract/secondment.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Extensive recruitment experience, ideally internal, across end-to-end talent sourcing, volume recruitment, and strategic sourcing campaigns
- Successful track record in the delivery of talent sourcing initiatives/projects that improve organisational performance and employee engagement
- Practical experience with career mobility and transition programs (including career coaching, outplacement, offboarding)
- Highly developed communication (verbal, written, presentation) reporting and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail.

**How you’ll benefit**

As part of the Australian Retirement Trust team, you’ll have access to development programs that help you focus on solutions-based outcomes, and innovative ways to support our members. We provide a dynamic and rewarding work environment featuring:

- Competitive salary, bonus, and super offerings
- Flexible work arrangements
- Generous parental leave entitlements
- A focus on learning and development, including study assistance
- Volunteer and community service leave
- LGBTQI + and disability employee networks
- Wellbeing initiatives including Employee Assistance Program and discounted health insurance
- An additional leave day each year on top of annual leave.
