We have a newly created role for a HR Administrator who is ready to kick start their career. Learn and grow in an environment that empowers you to unlock your true potential. You will play a pivotal role, supporting 14 branches nationally during an important growth phase for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain all necessary HR administration across the lifecycle of employees
- Manage the HR inbox efficiently and respond promptly to all enquiries, assigning and escalating to relevant HR team member
- Maintain employee records by uploading, collating and electronically filing of documentation
- Perform the data entry and maintenance in NPE’s HRIS to ensure our records are complete, accurate and up to date
- Assist with our HRIS, Employment Hero which includes collection of 100 points of identification, Qualifications and Licences relevant to the role, ongoing training and vaccination records of all employees
- Coordinate the tracking of induction welcome packs and liaise with branch admins to ensure delivery to new employees
- Organise pre-employment checks (medical appointments, police clearance etc) as required
- Responsible to issue ‘years of service’ certificates and coordinate hamper delivery where required
- Responsible to produce content and images for the internal monthly newsletter and to liaise with stakeholders and meet timelines for monthly release dates
- Support HR initiatives and projects within the business
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes ensuring services meet professional and industry standards
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function and tasks as directed by the National HR Manager.
**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:

FUNdamentals:
- Degree in Human Resources (or working towards)
- Current C-class Drivers licence
- Great problem-solving and an ability to work well under pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
- Experience using software programs including a HRIS/LMS
- A high level of discretion and professionalism to act with integrity and always maintain confidentiality
- Team-Player
