Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resource Advisor to join the People & Culture team for a 12-month maternity leave contract.

**Your new role**

As a Human Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees on a range of Human Resource (HR) related issues. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, providing timely and accurate advice to employees around performance management, employee relations, policies and procedures. Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with the strategic priorities of the organisation. Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify trends and issues to make informed recommendations for improvement. Work closely with managers and other stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience with HR policies and procedures, employee relations and performance management
- Ability to work autonomously, think innovatively and a genuine passion for all things HR
