Somerville, Australia Bakers Delight Full time

**Sales management role available at busy Bakery in Somerville**
Part time position between 32-38 hours available.
4-5 days work (Negotiable)
Required to work 1 weekend shift per week.
Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 2 years management experience or in a similar role.
- Job included but not limited to:_
Staff management,
Communications,
Rosters,
Budgeting,
Ordering,
Hiring and training the sales team,
Maintaining the food safety standards & a clean, orderly environment
Setting sales goals and revising results.
Evaluating performance,
Management of customer relations.
Coordinating and collaborating with other departments, including marketing and customer support.

Requires a positive & motivating personality, whom can encourage, teach, train and lead by example on every shift.
Supported with an experienced 2IC manager.

First Aid course provided by employer
Food safety certificate preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $26.50 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
