**We’re Hiring: Customer Engagement / Sales Representative**

**Location: Main office based in Somerville, Territory Melbourne | Full-Time | Thermal Double Glazing**

We’re Thermal Double Glazing — a fast-growing local business making homes across the Mornington Peninsula more comfortable and sustainable.

Now, we’re looking for a **Customer Engagement / Sales Rep** to help us take things to the next level.

**About the Role**:As our new **Customer Engagement / Sales Rep**, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers — building trust, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the journey of choosing the right double glazing solutions for their home.

You’ll:

- Manage and follow up on new sales leads and enquiries
- Visit customers across Melbourne for quotes and consultations
- Educate clients on the benefits of thermal double glazing
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners and local partners
- Work closely with our installation and admin team to ensure a seamless customer experience

**You’ll love this role if you**:

- Have previous sales or customer-facing experience (knowledge in construction is a bonus but not essential)
- Are self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
