The Role

We're on the lookout for an individual who embodies the spirit of fun, hard work, and authenticity. In this role, you'll dive into:
- Managing a portfolio of properties (160 - 200 properties depending on experience)
- Building connections with both owners and tenants
- Conducting thorough ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repair and maintenance work orders
- Keeping a tight grip on rental arrears to ensure mínimal issues
- Work from home Thursday & Friday weekly.
