**About you**

As our warehouse business is growing and strengthening, you will not only need to match the selection criteria, but also have a true passion for working with people with a disability. Some of the key selection criteria are:

- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, coordinate and direct activities of employees
- Commitment to the rights of people with a disability
- Current, clean NSW Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Must be willing to undergo a Criminal Clearance Check, NDIS clearance Check and Working with Children Check.
- Ability to work to deadlines / turnaround times
- Ability to plan stock movements in advance and use booking sheets to control all incoming and outgoing stock movements
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccinations*
- If you are not medically eligible to be vaccinated against COVID-19, you must provide Afford with acceptable evidence of having a health condition for which obtaining a COVID-19 vaccination is contraindicated.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written and the capacity to work with others
- Ability to motivate and engage the team
- Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel and NAV / Microsoft Dynamics experience advantageous.
- HACCP - food safety is desireable

**What you’ll be doing**

Our current supervisor vacancy is within our Marrickville ADE, based in Inner West Sydney. The role will be to support employees with a range of abilities to meet business objectives and ensure we are maintaining our work place policies and processes.

Some of the responsibilities will include;
- Ensure site administrative is completed effectively and correctly
- Coordination of schedules and time sheets
- Where necessary re-negotiate pricing / delivery times
- Account management support where needed
- Safe utilisation of tools and vehicles on site
- Stock receiving and inventory management experience
- Complete all invoicing and purchase orders via our NAV ERP system.
- Management of personnel issues when required
