**The role**

We are currently looking for a Leasing Paralegal to join our team in Adelaide on a casual, flexible basis, with the opportunity to work up to 38 hours per week. You will be working directly with a Partner and a range of lawyers in an excellent team. This opportunity will allow you to manage, with a degree of autonomy, the leasing requirements for one of our high profile clients.
- An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients.
- The ability to manage deadlines and consistently meet client service level requirements.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and file management skills.
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system is beneficial.

We are primarily seeking second year law students who have an interest in property law and who would appreciate gaining practical legal experience while they continue with their studies, in a flexible and supportive working environment.
