This organisation has a brand new - immature - Agile SAFe framework and is in need of someone to own the framework's maturity, get it adopted across the technology delivery teams and drive the continuous improvement of both the framework and the Jira platform. Additionally, this professional also needs to understand how their work is adding value to the business and come up with the metrics and reporting to track this. Location: Melbourne, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH Start: As soon as possible Salary package: 185,000-205,000 + 15% STI with ability to overachieve Experience sought after: - Strong Agile and SAFe foundations with ability to roll out to delivery team; - Background in project delivery in digital & IT; - Lean Six Sigma / Continuous improvement approach when it comes to the Agile framework; - Worked with Jira as a user or an admin; - Ability to organise the metrics and reporting to track business impact.
