Assisting new customers with onboarding & product training

- Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, $80k+super, Silverwater location & blended after training

Tenacity CX are Australia’s leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience industry.

We are looking for an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist - someone who loves talking about technology whilst providing an exceptional service experience to new clients.

**This is a unique role that essentially spans - training / customer contact & post sales support.**

**Role duties Include**:

- Customer onboarding, product training, induction of team members &
ongoing delivery of content & updates (to external and internal stakeholders)
- Provide training to customers on the set up and testing of new software
- Drafting/creating/updating training material
- Manage all aspects of a new client onboard ie documentation completed
- Take ownership of resolution management including escalating to wider IT organisation

**Skills & attributes required**:

- 3 years relevant account management, sales, onboarding, activations or implementation experience in a
heavily customer centric environment.
- Some further studies in technology related field OR Training (preferred, not essential)
- You are naturally curious with excellent problem-solving capabilities and have a passion for helping customers
- High-level communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail with
- Drive & motivation to be successful and to grow within a business
