To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:

- Friendly and outgoing personality with a**strong work ethic**and a high**sense of responsibility**.
- Sound knowledge of the restaurant's day-to-day operations
- Ability to**motivate and inspire**your team.
- ** Previous supervisor experience**in hospitality or QSR

**About the Role**

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

- Overseeing the operational efficiency of the shift, including staff supervision, Ordering stock, Cash management/banking, and opening/closing of the restaurant.
- Managing all aspects of service areas - food prep, grill, counter, and the cashier
- Ensuring staff are providing excellent customer service whilst also maintaining high levels of customer flow through
- Motivating staff and creating a fun working environment

So if you have experience working in Hospitality (think cafes, pubs, restaurants, etc) then we would LOVE to meet you
