Mama's Buoi is a sister Restaurant to Roll'd located in Chadstone Shopping Centre, VIC. We're a Vietnamese fusion restaurant located in Chadstone Shopping Centre (dinning terrace area). We've been operating for 5 years and have gained a number of loyal/regular customers that are still increasing.

We're looking for a professional and friendly Team Member to join our team **Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor position is available with a salary package** Your main goal in this position should ensure the highest level of customers' satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and lead them to their seats
- Introduce our menus and drinks
- Make recommendations on special dishes
- Take orders by using Abacus system
- Deliver orders to the table
- Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards
- Inspect the quality and looks of the dishes, making sure they uphold standards
- Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants and needs customers
- Handle complaints
- Taking payment
- Collaborate closely with other staff members

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of cash register
- Customer oriented approach
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient problem solver
- Must be available on weekdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,999.00 per year
